Refund Policy

Products from www.caseyli.com are digital downloads that you get straight away, so all sales are final. I don't give refunds if you change your mind after buying.

When I will refund

• You couldn't get the file. A technical problem stops you downloading it, and I can't fix it within a reasonable time.
• The file is faulty. It's damaged, or substantially different from its description, and I can't send you a working copy.
• You were charged twice by mistake. I'll refund the duplicate purchase.

Any other refund is at my discretion.

How to ask

Email contact@caseyli.com within 14 days of buying. Include the email address you bought with, and what went wrong. Most download problems can be fixed by sending you a new link, so I may try that first.

What happens next

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe (Link). How long it takes depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days. Once a purchase is refunded, its download link stops working, and you agree to delete any copies you downloaded.

Disputes

Please email me before disputing a charge with your bank or card company. It's usually the quickest way to sort things out. While a dispute is open, I may suspend your download link.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund beyond this policy, nothing here takes that away.
